Annika Launay

With a Bachelor of Science (Psychology and Human Movement Science) and a Bachelor of Business Management (International Business) from the University of Queensland as well as first class honours in Business Management in Marketing, Annika is head of strategic implementation, ensuring all marketing plans are tailored for success.

Annika has previously sat on School Council and as a Foundation Director for St Aidan’s Anglican Girls’ School, a Board Member of Entrepreneur’s Organisation Queensland and was the Entrepreneur in Residence of UQ Ventures’ Momentum Accelerator program in 2024.

Briana Cicchelli

Bringing creative vision, insight and overarching strategy to each client campaign, Briana greatest strength is an ability to conceive of topline strategies that combine multiple marketing streams to deliver a clear overarching vision, tangible results and a real connection to the target audience. Briana holds a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts.

Specialising in the areas of retail, property and tourism, she has spent 20 years helping businesses achieve (and surpass) their communication goals. Briana has previously been a Foundation Director for St Aidan’s Anglican Girls’ School.
